Clutch replacement

Good afternoon, I bought a new Honda 750NC X last May, 2022. The problem is that the clutch is faulty after just 8mths, 4400kms and has to be replaced. A clutch last more than this,it has been faulty. The problem is that the motorcycle is still under warranty but still have to pay for the parts and labor as instructed by your representative in Malta. This is not fair after spending such amount of money and trusted in your company. Regards Philip

What happens with Honda Spain?

I’m really upset and frustrated by the after-sales service of honda Spain. I feel cheated. A shame. Just ask about the incident number ID TESS 618497. 1 year old Honda SH 350i looks like a vintage scooter. Unbelievable and not acceptable. I’ll fight until the end. It’s not my first HONDA. The answer is completely embarrassing and offensive. No way. I have already commented and denounced the humiliation suffered on social networks. Facebook and Instagram. You have to be serious. Honda Spain cannot treat its customers in such an offensive manner.

Honda CRF 300 L

Hello, A Honda customer for a long time, I would like to buy a new or demonstration Honda motorcycle, CRF 300 L. The Nantes France dealership informs me that the delivery could be April 2023. That's too long. I contact Honda France. I wonder what other dealership in Europe has this model in stock. Acknowledgment received. No response received to date. It is not satisfactory nor effective. 2022 Honda Insight has a material defect in the windshield, which they refuse to replace. They state that is "characteristic" in the model.

I took my 2022 Honda Insight into the dealer this week. It has about 2,000 miles on it. The windshield has scratches and pits in it. It has not been in any condition that would cause this issue. The dealer told me that it is "characteristic" of this model and in other Insights. So, they are not willing to rectify a material defect in a new vehicle. I have a warranty, but this is a material defect and needs to be corrected. Right now, they are stonewalling me.

User's recommendation: Make sure you look through the windshield in bright sunlight, as that is where it shows up.
